I remember getting the call that Ashley was going into labor. We were just heading back from a sale back in Tri-cities and Dallin told us that she was going to be having their little child. I remember my mom and dad worrying about what they should do, drive down tonight or go down tomorrow in case she hadn't have it yet. We got to Salem and we walked in and this little baby girl. Was crawled up in a ball in her hospital bed. She was so precious I'll never forget this day. Happy First Birthday Baby Claire! We love you:)

My sister is in the 5th grade and in Ellensburg there is a famous school its called Lincoln! At the end of the year all three school do what is called a barbeque where parents can come and eat with there child.
But, unlike the other schools lincoln does what is called the lipsync. It is where the kids get into small groups or large and imitate songs from famous artists, and Janelle happened to be doing Thriller by Michael Jackson. In the preperation of this whole thing half of my school was gone which is A Lot of kids. So i was upstairs helping and my mom was getting the girls hair done (They used a whole brand new bottle of hairspray!!) any who when they got done with there performance they came back panting "The stage burnt our feet!" that day got up to 82 degrees so they did a great job!

So as all you know Blaine and Hillary well when my mom was back there it just left my dad Bradley and me and my sister Janelle. But when Janelle was gone to fifth grade camp it was just my dad and I so... members from the ward were being very generous and brought over some cinnamon rolls and i looked at my dad and said aha i could get used to this =) not know what i said the next day another one of my moms visiting teachers brought over more batches of cinnamon rolls and thought um OK this is a little weird? And when my dad and I got back from Dinner we came inside and found this pan of Cinnamon rolls on the counter (as you can see in the picture.) so i looked at the letter and it said Calaway's , hope you guys can use these cinnamon rolls while your mother is gone. And so I ran back outside and told my dad what had happened so we could not believe it so we took a picture and sent to my mom saying Over usage of gifts to many cinnamon rolls!!

This up coming week is going to be insane I have to go to all my teachers and get caught up in some work then turn right around and get signatures from them to go away for a week cause i'll be gone to Florida for a whole week. So after I get that done I get to audition for our final year assembly and then conduct my whole choir for rehearsal tomorrow so im pretty tied up as you can see. :)

Yes the title says (Spring Break but really I thought it was winter kinda but without snow) anyway it was windy all week so my dad had a person he needed to take down to Seattle so he told my mom to have the kids pack bags and the next day we will go goof around and of course we did we went to Family Fun Center and went to lunch and dinner and to tell you the truth it felt really good just to let everything go and relax but today Thursday was the best day we have had since 2 weeks ago it sunny a breeze but not to bad and just the right temperature so that was my week and it was awesome and I cannot wait to start SUMMER!!

So Wednesday me and my family packed up and drove through Washington, Idaho, and not but least Montana. We met up with my Uncle Kerry and his son Clayton and we ate at Fuddruckers which was pretty good. Then we drove the rest of the way through Butte and then Ennis and then West Yellowstone. Anyway we got there about 11:00 and met up with my great Uncle Blair and his to boys Tyler and Andrew. So we went to bed and woke up the next morning and unloaded the sleds and headed out to the South Plateu. And all of a sudden I realized I broke a trailing arm on my dads snowmobile. So my dad and i went back and got that fixed and headed right back out to Two Top. So we went on with our vacation and it was very beautiful and no one got hurt (Thankfully) and had a great time!!

Fire!

January 19th at 10:30PM, my Dad got a phone call from a friend who told him one of his storage barns at our hay plant was on fire. By the time my Dad got to the facility, the barn was totally on fire and the local fire departments were already there putting out fires outside the building and keeping buildings next door cool so they would not catch fire. It was a busy night for everyone.

So my leaders decided to go up to Roslyn,WA to the la sac area and hike all the way up to spectacle lake. We left around 4:00 o'clock on Thursday hiked up the mountain to the river crossings and campedout till saturday morning.We stayed at the river then crossed it Friday morning and hiked 5 and 1/2 miles to specatle lake. Stayed there all day then hiked back down to camp and had some dinner. Then we woke up packed everythng up hiked back down the hill to peet lake and played there for a good 15-30 minutes finaly hiked down the mountain to the cars loaded up and headed home!!!

So as most of you know Blaine and Hillary are moving back East for graduate school.They picked the certain school because, it only had a 1 year masters part and it was one of the best schools for what they were looking for. So they talked it over and they are moving to Gainsvile,Florida. It was kind of a shock to all of the people in our family I mean come on Florida thats over well its just far far away. So we put together a happy anniversery, happy birthday, and a goodbye to Blaine and Hillary.

Priest Lake!!

This year we went to Priest Lake ,Idaho. We drove up Sunday afternoon and got to the cabin around 10.00 o'clock at night so we unpacked or bags watched a movie and went to bed then we woke up had an amazing breakfast made not only but my mom Valerie and then went boating. We took the molecule and the screamers out first, that took a good 2 and a 1/2 hours which is not long at all if you think about it.Then we went and had lunch, after a while we went back out and did the screamers and the super screamer it was a blast!!Finally we came back to the cabin had a wonderful meal, then some of us went to a camp fire and and then the others went to bed or watched a movie.Next we woke up had some cereal and took the boat out on the lake.We wakeboarded,kneeboarded,and that was pretty much it.Then we came back hooked up the tubes and headed back out.What we usually do is we go out on the lake in the morning with whoever would like to go and we do the things that can only be accomplished on smooth water for example wakeboarding,and kneeboarding.But then when it gets kind of rough in the day we take out the screamers or the molecule.The molecule is a tube that has a platform and 3 balls around it, so that it can make float over the water.The screamers on the other hand are much more difficult to ride.They are tubes that can go as fast as you want it to.but the superscreamer gos in the middle of the screamers and it can stop both of these tubes but it can keep up with them but if you don't lift up the side of the tube it hits the brakes on you then you are in deep trouble cause you have another tube coming right at you while you are trying to stay on from the brakes slamming on you so its kind of fun in a way but on the other hand its way difficult. Anyways back to the story we had a blast no body got hurt ..............YET!!!!.But good thing everybodys ok for now!!!
